Having returned from Denmark a few months ago, I am grateful to look back on the year and marvel at everything we experienced and all the Lord accomplished. Throughout the highs and lows of this adventure, God was ever faithful to hear and respond to our prayers. Today he is continuing to work in Copenhagen through the lives of the Danish Christian students who are leading the ministry in their city and on their campuses.
Words fail me in expressing my gratitude for your partnership over the course of this year. Thank you for supporting my team and I through prayer, giving, and encouragement by way emails, texts, letters, video calls, and of course, peanut butter m&m’s.
As many of you know, since returning home from Copenhagen I've begun co-leading a national project with Power to Change entitled 'IMAGO'. IMAGO is a theological development and evangelistic initiative that examines the intersection between the gospel and topics in human identity such sexuality, gender, race, and technology.
For more information about IMAGO check out this video.
Although the IMAGO project is well underway I am also in the process of raising financial support to sustain my ongoing ministry with Power to Change. With this in mind, I would be honoured if you would prayerfully consider joining my team of monthly partners or perhaps making a year-end gift in support of my ministry. As we enter into Advent, I join with Paul in praying that "according to the riches of his glory [God] may grant you to be strengthened with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith––that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God" (Ephesians 4:16–19).
May the glory of the incarnation capture our hearts with fresh wonder this Christmas.
